KABC Ltd defines projects where either a client asks us to undertake to perform a task from beginning to end, or where there is as yet no client, but the aim is to create a self funding action or event. Here are some examples.

TURNKEY BUSINESS SETUP

A western multinational was not yet in a position to set up a Korean operation and asked KABC to hire staff in advance of the set up to operate from KABC’s office in matters of planning and research and organization of agents and distribution.

A COMPANY REQUIRED STORAGE FOR NEW PRODUCTS

KABC made a survey of all available storage from a distribution point of view, contracted with the storage company and supervised first shipments.

A FORTUNE 100 CONSUMER COMPANY WISHED TO CONDUCT A CROSS MARKETING EXPERIMENT

KABC negotiated the suitable outlets for the cross-marketing experiment and provided merchandisers and POP material for the experiment. After completion, KABC reviewed the experiment and produced a set of recommendations for its widespread adoption

A COMPANY WISHED TO MAKE STORE PROMOTIONS IN 50 STORES

KABC recruited, trained, and conducted the 50 store promotion.

A FORMER SENIOR KOREAN GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL WISHED TO HOLD A CONFERENCE

KABC found and negotiated with sponsors, organised the programme and advertised the conference to free and fee-paying participants

A FOREIGN GOVERNMENT WISHED TO HOLD A FORUM IN KOREA

KABC was contracted to organize the forum, secure the participants and arrange the programme.

A GROUP DECIDED TO ORGANISE A SELF HELP EMPLOYMENT CAMPAIGN

At the height of the Asian crisis recession of 1997-1999, a group decided to create a campaign to promote new forms of employment. KABC created a coalition of companies and government organizations and media which funded the campaign and secured massive media presence and publicity for a One Million Jobs Campaign.
